Approach
One of our foundational beliefs is that no one works well in
a vacuum. To achieve success, we develop highly interactive
relationships with our clients that include, rather than alienate
them.
Another of our tenets is that no one likes surprises. Every
project begins with a customized, fixed-price services proposal
that is divided into multiple phases. Each phase details tasks
to be performed, project deliverables, delivery dates, assumptions,
team definition, method of delivery, and the associated work
phase cost. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we develop a
schedule that details a series of checkpoints that lead toward
the completion of the work plan.
Regular interaction with our clients is an important part
of our process, and we generally schedule weekly review meetings
or teleconferences to discuss progress, reveal issues, and
make decisions. Our clients are an integral part of this process,
ensuring their ownership of the results at every step. Setting,
and then exceeding expectations is at the core of our company
mission.
