UK-Based Prism Group Hires Gantry for ROI Study

Gantry Group to Develop ROI tool and benchmarks for Prism's Leading Print Management Software Solution

CONCORD, Massachusetts, September, 2002- The Prism Group today appointed the Gantry Group to develop a comprehensive ROI tool for its leading QTMS print management software solution. While Prism dominates the MIS software market in the UK, S. Africa, Australia and New Zealand, the company is now interested in expanding its sales base into the U.S. This ROI study and the resulting quantitative ROI calculation tool will be a critical part of the sales strategy for Prism-USA, the company's US arm.

Gantry Group will deploy its proven methodology for ROI development, including one-on-one interviews with a representative selection of Prism's large international customer base. The QTMS software solution also includes workstations, controllers and proprietary sensors, making it a necessary tool for any print company that is focused on improving profitability.

Newly entering the US printing marketplace through its acquisition of MicroInk one year ago, Prism Group and Gantry Group are viewing their relationship as long-term. Gantry Group will be conducting further research into value proposition and product concept validation for Prism, assisting the company to refine and develop its US strategy for products previously sold in the international markets.
